Sharpen your practice and gain valuable skills while meeting your CLE requirements. Our California State Bar Certified CLE programs offer an affordable alternative to other providers.

The California State Bar requires attorneys to complete a total of 25 hours of approved credit every three years. Requirements for credit details, exemptions and modified requirements can be reviewed on the State Bar website.

Non-members are welcome to register for PASD CLE, however space is limited depending on the program venue. PASD members will receive registration priority.

Is PASD membership required to participate in a CLE program?

No, most PASD CLE programs are available to the legal community at large. View the full range of benefits and services available to members and to join PASD.

I registered for a program but now I'm busy that day and am unable to attend the program. Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

Refund requests must be provided to Joanne Briggs ([email protected]) no later than 12:00 p.m. the Friday before the event. No refunds or credits for future events will be provided if the request is received after the Friday prior at noon as we must give each of our venues our guaranteed numbers. 

I attended a recent program and paid for it with my personal credit card. I need to get an invoice so that my firm will reimburse me. How do I get an invoice?

Please log in to your PASD Member account to access details of your event registrations and payments, and to print a copy of your registration receipt for the event.

Can written materials from a program be photocopied?

You may not photocopy or otherwise duplicate or redistribute written materials or audio or video content from PASD programs without written permission from PASD. To request permission to reprint excerpts, please contact PASD at [email protected].
